These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Where legally required, we will provide notices or choices for non-essential cookies and similar technologies. Full granular controls for third-party embeds and non-essential analytics are being expanded. We only request and use Meta account information for features you authorize or use.

3. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with third parties in the following situations:

3.1 With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. Provider categories include payment and payout processors; cloud hosting, database, and storage providers; email and customer-support providers; analytics, observability, fraud-prevention, and security providers; AI model and inference providers; AI gateway, orchestration, and hosting providers; and web research or content-retrieval providers when you use a feature that requires them. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their agreements, available data controls, and applicable law.

3.2 With Marketplace Participants: We may share information between Buyers, Sellers, creators, brands, Bounty participants, and other marketplace participants when needed to facilitate transactions, Bounty participation, campaign review, proof verification, fulfillment, dispute resolution, payment, or reporting.

3.3 With Meta and Other Social Platforms: When you connect a Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or other social account, we may exchange information with that platform to authenticate your account, confirm authorized permissions, retrieve approved data, and provide connected-account features. We do not sell Meta platform data, and we do not use Meta platform data for unrelated advertising or tracking. We may share Meta platform data only with service providers, marketplace counterparties, or other parties as needed to provide the features you requested, comply with your direction, meet legal obligations, or comply with applicable platform terms.

3.4 For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, such as a court or government agency.

3.5 In Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

3.6 With Your Consent: We may share your information with other parties with your consent or at your direction.

4. AI Processing, Retention, and Training

How AI processing works: AI-enabled features may send the prompt, conversation context, and other information described above to providers that host, route, or operate AI models and related infrastructure. The information sent depends on the feature you use. For example, a product question may use account and workspace context, research may use a website or public content, and reply drafting may use the conversation you selected. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on or send them.

Purposes: We process AI feature data to generate the response or draft you request, preserve relevant conversation continuity, personalize assistance within the Platform, maintain security and prevent abuse, investigate failures, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not authorize an AI provider to use your information for unrelated advertising.

Retention: We retain AI interaction data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing conversation history or the requested feature, maintaining security and reliability, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and meeting legal obligations. The period varies based on the type of data, whether you maintain an account or conversation, provider and infrastructure requirements, and applicable law. Temporary caches, security logs, and backup copies may remain for a limited period after data is removed from an active product surface. You may request deletion as described in Section 6, subject to the stated legal and operational exceptions.

Model training and provider treatment: We configure supported AI routing and model providers not to use Amplifii prompts and outputs to train their general-purpose models. Amplifii does not currently use private AI interaction content to train a general-purpose foundation model. Providers may still process or retain limited data to deliver the service, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, or comply with law, consistent with their agreements and available controls. We may use feedback you deliberately submit and aggregated or de-identified usage and reliability signals to improve the Platform. If we propose a materially different use of identifiable or private AI content for model training, we will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required before that new use begins.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including account information, payment-related records, and connected social account tokens or credentials, from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. User Data Deletion Instructions and Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you.

Correction: You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete information about you.

Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.

Restriction: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information for certain purposes.

Data Portability: You have the right to request a copy of your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@amplifii.market.

If you have connected a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account, you may disconnect that account through the Platform where available or by contacting us at support@amplifii.market. After disconnection, we will stop requesting new data from that account unless you reconnect it.

Connected account and Meta data deletion instructions: You may request deletion of data we received through Meta or Instagram authentication by contacting us at support@amplifii.market with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and including the email address associated with your Amplifii Marketplace account and the connected Facebook or Instagram username. You may request deletion of account, marketplace, and Bounty-related personal information by contacting us at support@amplifii.market with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We may retain certain records where required or permitted by law, including transaction, tax, fraud prevention, dispute, security, payout, and compliance records.

U.S. state privacy rights: Depending on your state, you may also have rights to know, access, correct, delete, port, or appeal decisions about certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable. Amplifii Marketplace does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose or share identifiers, internet activity, commercial information, and account or campaign information with service providers, payment processors, social platforms you authorize, analytics providers, and marketplace participants as described in this Privacy Policy. To exercise applicable rights, contact support@amplifii.market with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request."

7. Bounties, Fees, and Marketplace Records

Amplifii Marketplace may offer Bounty features that allow brands, buyers, creators, sellers, or other participants to create, claim, complete, review, and report on campaign opportunities. To operate Bounties, we may process campaign briefs, budgets, claim records, proof of completion, screenshots, URLs, post and story data, performance metrics, approval status, payout records, fee records, refunds, disputes, and related communications.

Bounty transactions and other marketplace transactions may include marketplace fees, platform fees, payment processing fees, or other fees disclosed during the transaction flow or in our Terms of Service. Payment and payout information may be processed by Stripe Connect or other payment processors, and those processors may process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may use Bounty and marketplace records to verify eligibility and completion, calculate payments and fees, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, comply with tax and legal obligations, and provide analytics or campaign reporting to marketplace participants.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Do not create an account or use the Platform if you are under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites and services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party websites and services you visit.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the effective date. For a material change, especially one that materially expands how we use previously collected personal information, AI interaction content, model training, sharing, or retention, we will provide prominent notice before the change takes effect through the Platform, email, or another appropriate method where reasonably practicable. We will seek affirmative consent when required by law. We will not treat a quiet edit to this Policy as authorization to retroactively repurpose private AI interaction content for generalized model training. Non-material clarifications may take effect when posted.
